- We offer weekday lunchtime delivery of
balanced hot nutritious meals that consist
primarily of the following:
- Soup
- A full main course including: Meat or Fish or Poultry
Vegetable
Starch (Potato, Pasta or Rice)
- Dessert
‡ Special diets are available upon request.

Frozen meals and Frozen "Quik Paks" are offered to assist clients with meals outside of regular delivery times and to offer variety and choice.
Frozen meals, by menu order, are
delivered once weekly.
Gift certificates are available.

The Lunch Out Program is a catered meal and entertainment/activity for eligible seniors living in the community. It provides the opportunity for a fun community outing with social contact. Transportation is provided if needed.
Door prizes and 50/50 draws are all part of the fun.
Thorold - 2nd Tuesday each month
Diner's Club is a monthly event that provides a social luncheon catered and served in common rooms of designated Seniors' Buildings throughout St. Catharines and Thorold.
Eligibility Criteria
Elderly persons who are Frail, people with an Acute or Chronic Illness, people who have a Physical Disability or a Cognitive Impairment, and for Caregiver support.
